Ever Tried to make Doughnuts?!! Check it out!

INGREDIENTS AND MEASUREMENTS
- Egg(2) (Egg and eggyolk)
- Sugar(50Gram (1/4))
- Milk (200ml (1 cup + 2 tbsp))
- Fresh Yeast (20g (2 tbsp)
- Flour (400g (3 + 1/4 cup))
- Butter (40g (3 tbsp))
- Jam
- - Salt (1/2 tsp)

You may wonder why all these ingredients?πŸ€” Here's why.
Sugar: Sugar does more than just add sweetness to the doughnuts. It also helps to feed the yeast which helps the dough to rise.

Salt: This enhances the flavour of the doughnuts

Milk: Warm milk contributes richer, soft textured doughnuts. The liquid added to the dry ingredients should be just warm, not too hot or too cold.

Yeast: I use instant or fast-acting yeast in this recipe. It is mixed directly into the dry ingredients.  Fast-acting or instant yeast does not need to be dissolved in water. But it works just as well Active Dry Yeast or just dry yeast – you just need to change the order of the and dissolve the yeast in a little warm water first.

Now Let's Get to Work!
1.) Get and empty bowl
2.) Pour in it the egg and eggyolk
3.) Put in the salt and sugar
4.) Add in the milk and Yeast
5.) Mix together thoroughly
6.) Add in your flour and mix it up
7.) Put in your butter and mix it again
8.)Set aside for one hour
9.) Bring it out, Place it a table, add flour to it.
10.) Cut it into shapes (There are different shapes a doughnut can be cut into)
Flatten it out and put in the jam.
Close it up and fry!(3-4 mins)
It is finished! Shey you see it's not hard!πŸ™„πŸ™„
Those ones are just packaging. Go and package your own and show me.
