Fasting sucks! Really?

 Hey there!
In as much as we would be talking about food majorly in this household of food, it would not negate this fact that this is a fasting season for major Christian bodies.

And based on the fact that I care about you, this Information was sourced all the way from ......(fill in the gap pliz). Fasting is healthy. Yeah. I know you have lots of issues with fasting. But there are medical facts to support that fasting helps.

For example, it helps your body to store useful fat stores as energy! Wow! That's cool. Your body has time to process some useful fats as energy.

Even asides that, you would sure need to discipline yourself to fast! It would save you more and you won't have to spend on that 50 naira gala and 100 naira Big Cola. Cos you would practice self control.

Here's what I want to do for you, follow these tips.
- Should in case you can't fast till the exceptional 6pm, please start from the lowest. (Don't despise days of your little beginnings)
- Take water. Drink more water. (For those that work and go through stress so you won't be dehydrated)
- Don't break with heavy foods. Yeah I know it can be tempting to eat all the foods you didn't eat all day. But stopeet! (Would talk more on that later!)
- Go for walks, meditate, listen to messages, study the bible, pray. (You won't know when the time would go)
I hope these would help you.

Remember, just as what is worth eating at all is worth eating well, what is worth fasting, let's fast it till the end oh!

By the way, how has your own fasting been going? Comment below, let's discuss it jare. I can help you out.
