You've only heard of Fish Roll. How about Beef Roll?
It's my utmost desire to see that you have another source of income. Like I do say, you just need creativity, packaging and the hand of the Lord. π
By the way, our Fridays would be an interview with other food lovers. Expect more. But here's something for you this week.
Ingredients and Measurements (as usual)
• Flour ( 5 cups)
• Melted Margarine (80 Gram)
• Baking Powder (1 tbsp)
• Yeast (1/2 tbsp)
• Nutmeg (1/2 tbsp) optional
• Salt ( 1 tbsp)
• Water ( 1 cup)
• Groundnut Oil (enough to fry)
Infilling
Meat Sauce (Minced Meat or Grinded meat or boiled diced meat, pepper, onions, seasoning to taste, spices.)
THE MAKING!
- Mix all the ingredients till it forms a dough
- Leave it to rest for 30 minutes
- Divide the dough in 4 portions
- Take one of the portions and roll it out on a board
- Cut into desired sizes
- Fill in the meat sauce and roll it up!
- Fry
It's simple right?
