Zobo! Zobo! No one wants to agree that it's Hibiscus Flower. All the same, do well to know the english name.

The main ingredient for this delicious and healthy drink are Hibiscus Flowers, pineapple, ginger
This time around, I added some apples to it and also juiced some to sweeten the zobo because not everyone is a fan of sugar being added to zobo. But you can certainly add some sugar to yours if you prefer it sweet
INGREDIENTS
1 cup dried Hibiscus flowers
1 small pineapple
6 cups of water
1 tsp cloves
3 inches fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
1 lemon, sliced
2 cinnamon sticks
3 apples, quartered + 2 for juicing
THE MAKING
- Peel your pineapple and put the skin in a large pot.
- Place the remaining pineapple and some apples in a blender with some water and blend till smooth.
- Pour in a container and keep in the fridge till ready to use
- Add water, hibiscus flowers, cloves, apples, ginger, lemon and cinnamon sticks to the pot and cook for 35mins over medium heat.
- Allow to cool completely overnight in the pot while the flavours develop
- Sieve the blended apples & pineapple
- Pour the zobo content in the pot through a fine sieve into a large jug to remove large particles and add the apple pineapple juice
- At this point, you can add sugar if you prefer a very sweet zobo
- Mix well to combine.
Place in the fridge till ready to serve. And for enterpreurs, till you are ready to sell. Ensure you brand it well enough that you would be remembered for good.
