Don't waste that rice!!! stop eet!

There are several times when my cooked white rice remains and I'm trying to save up my soup for something else . And sometimes, there might not be any soup. If you have been like this, here's a new recipe for you. Enterpreurs can leverage on this as a new meal.

INGREDIENTS
- White Rice
- Eggs
- Green Peas/Beans
- Soy Sauce
- Carrot(Finely Diced)
- Onions(Spring and white)
- White Pepper, Salt, Stock Cubes
- Red Pepper(chopped)
- Minced Sugar
- Curry, Thyme, Garlic Powder
- Ginger Powder

PREPARATION
Stage 1
Boil your rice and keep it aside

Stage 2
Crack your egg in a bowl, add your spices. Don't whisk it yet. Set it aside.
Put your pan on medium heat
Add little oil
Once its hot, pour the egg inside without whisking it
Continuously stir to scramble the eggs. 
Set it aside and take them out. 

Stage 3
Pour in the remaining oil
Add the green peas, onions, red pepper, ginger powder
Put in your carrot, stock cubes, salt, curry, thyme.
Stir it. 

Stage 4
Add the cooked rice, stir thoroughly and let it dry a while
Pour in the scrambled eggs
Continue to stir and fry
Add your soy sauce
You can put in butter for moisture and shine
Leave it to simmer and fry for a while 

Serve and enjoy! Don't waste your left over rice again!
