The Bread Of Life! Yay or Nah?

So I promised to send this earlier but I couldn't. Apologies. But for those that did screenshot on my whatsapp status, no apologize for you. πŸ™„

Let's dive in!

Get your ingredients right;
- Flour
- Vegetable Oil
- Eggs
- Sugar
- Salt
- Active Dry Yeast
- Lukewarm Water

HOW TO PREPARE

STEP 1 - Add together in a bowl - Warm Water, Active Dry Yeast, and a teaspoon of sugar.
Set it aside till it becomes frothy(FOAMY).
 Time Frame: 5-10 minutes. 

STEP 2 - Add in Eggs, Sugar, Salt, and Flour

Mix until a dough is formed. 


STEP 3 - Knead the dough until a soft and smooth dough is formed.


STEP 4 - Shape the dough into a ball and place it in a greased bowl(A bowl you've laced with a little oil).
Set this aside until it doubles in size 
(Time Frame: 60-90 minutes)

STEP 5 - Punch the dough down to release air from it
Cut into three EQUAL PARTS

STEP 6
Roll out each part into a rope and join the ropes at the end.

STEP 7
Braid the ropes

Place on a baking sheet and set in a warm place until it looks puffed. (Time Frame: 60 minutes)

FINALLY
Bake at 350°F 
Time Frame (30-35 minutes)

You can sprinkle on it, sesame seeds. 

Choose your choice. This bread can last you for days. In fact, I'm so sure, if you have this bread at home, your self-confidence would sky rocket. 

That's when Aunty Gbemi will invite all of to dinner.
