Soaky rice? Here's a lasting solution.
Have you ever cooked rice with abundant water? I have.
I know how it feels to have measured everything and it's going the other way. How can I not be in control of what I'm cooking? A whole Food Chef? Nahhh! Never again!
What's the solution? π€
Slice bread.
Yeah. Like slice bread on the top of your freezer.
Like, the solution is just to ensure you buy Jendol Slice bread at home(for those in Nigeria). Well, for those outside the country, epp us find where you can buy it.
•Gently put the slice bread on the rice, there's no need to close it up as it would take in water.
•Don't put in too much slice bread. The number of slice bread is in indirectly equivalent to the amount of water because the slice bread can soak in so much water and that's all you need.
•While taking it out, do it with a spoon and not your hand. A big flat spoon that won't let crumbles fall on your food. (You don't want anyone knowing about this)
Don't feel out of control, who's rice that we can't deal with? So, the next time your rice is saggy(though be careful, don't cook potopoto again!), Slam Slice bread inside it.
Thank you for taking your time to read this.
However, get used to the "Do you know" series.
