What is Chin Chin?

Why is it called chinchin by the way?πŸ€”
What does it mean to chin? And why a double chin?🀷🏼‍♀️

It's from your hand to your mouth/chin. So you grind the snack with your chin. 😜😜🌸

Chin chin in China means Cheers!

Ingredients:
• Flour
• Cinnamon Powder
• milk
• Nutmeg.
• butter
• Egg
• Sugar
• Baking Powder

The Making
• Put Flour, Sugar, Salt, Nutmeg, Cinnamon and Baking Powder in a bowl.
Mix it together
Add butter and rub it in
•  Add Your egg and milk.
Mix it until a firm smooth dough is formed.
Roll out the dough on a flat surface.
Cut into your desired shape

Fry until it's golden and crunchy

Why bother using Cinnamon Powder? It smoothens it and makes it look fresh, professional and reliable.
Note that I didn't put water. Don't add water. Stop adding water. Your milk has the required liquid. Likewise your egg.
Also, I didn't put the quantity. Yeah, I didn't. 😊.
Announcement!
- To get a firmer and crisper result, do not put eggs.
- To get a crispy outside and soft inside, just put a small amount of baking powder.
- For a brioche like result, add more eggs and less milk.
- And finally to get a chin chin that is less sweet, just add more salt and less sugar

Oya go and eat your chinchin oh.
